LUXURIOUS HIGH-END APARTMENT

Merging artisanal design with state-of-the-art technology

Materials used in the execution of the building skeleton including concrete, reinforcing steel and bricks, were chosen carefully to guarantee a sound and durable structure. Moreover, earthquake resistance requirements were considered in the design of our building. A comprehensive water-proofing, damp-proofing and thermal insulation system was carefully implemented to promote green levels of energy efficiency. All materials of the structure were tested at the Arab Centre for Engineering Studies; furthermore, these results exceeded code requirements and were documented for interested buyers.

We used superior products for our apartments including a first grade stone from Qabatiya (West Bank) for the external walls of the building, which proved to have high strength and almost-zero absorption when tested in the laboratory. Single-size crushed limestone was used for the backfilling for the building inside and outside in order to prevent settlement of slab on grade.

The penthouse floor enjoys large wraparound terraces that are ideal for private alfresco dining and entertainment with commanding views of Amman.
